Plans and prices
Neyvi Pro is available as:

Introductory prices are for early subscribers. We will give notice before standard prices apply to you. The exact price you pay, including any taxes, is shown by Google Play or the App Store before you confirm.
How you buy
You buy Neyvi Pro through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone) using your store account. The store takes payment; Neyvi never sees your card or UPI details. Pro is linked to your Neyvi account.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, and the store charges you until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time before your renewal date:
- Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, Neyvi, and Cancel subscription.
- App Store: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, Neyvi, and Cancel Subscription. Apple asks you to cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then your account returns to Neyvi Free. Your data stays.
Refunds
The store handles payment, so refunds follow its policy:
- Google Play: request a refund through Google Play. We can also refund Google Play purchases ourselves in some cases, so email us if something went wrong.
- App Store: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides App Store refunds.

Price changes
If the price of your plan changes, the store tells you in advance and, where required, asks for your agreement. You can cancel before the new price applies.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Neyvi account doesn't cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store first so you aren't charged again. Deleting your account doesn't give an automatic refund. You can delete your account here.
