These terms are an agreement between you and Ritesh Kumar Behera, who operates Neyvi ("Neyvi", "we", "us"). They cover the Neyvi app and neyvi.app.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account or using Neyvi, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Health Disclaimer, and, if you subscribe, our Subscriptions & Refunds terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Neyvi.
Who can use Neyvi
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. By accepting these terms you confirm that you are.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us at privacy@neyvi.app if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate information: your targets and insights depend on it.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- break the law using Neyvi;
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- probe, scan, or disrupt Neyvi's systems, or get around its security or rate limits;
- copy, scrape, or resell Neyvi's food catalogue or content;
- reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
- create accounts or send requests by automated means.
Neyvi Free and Neyvi Pro
Food logging, calorie and macro tracking, and your history are free. Neyvi Pro is an optional paid subscription that adds deeper patterns, insights, and guidance. The features in each plan are described in the app and may change over time. If we remove a Pro feature you rely on, you can cancel.
Subscriptions
Neyvi Pro is sold through Google Play or the Apple App Store using your store account. Prices, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are described in Subscriptions & Refunds, which forms part of these terms. The store's own terms also apply to your purchase.
Health information
Neyvi is a food and nutrition tracker. It is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Read the Health Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms, before relying on any target or insight.
Nutrition data
Nutrition values come from public databases, food manufacturers, and our own review. They are estimates: recipes, portions, and brands vary, and values can contain errors. Don't rely on Neyvi where exact values matter, such as managing an allergy or a medically prescribed diet.
Your data and content
Your logs, meals, and profile belong to you. You let us store and process them only to provide Neyvi to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove them at any time by deleting your account.
Our content
The Neyvi app, website, name, logo, design, food catalogue, and insights belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial purposes.
Ending your use
You can stop using Neyvi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Where we can, we will tell you first and explain why. If we stop offering Neyvi altogether, we will give reasonable notice and a way to get a copy of your data.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Neyvi accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available or error-free, or that it will help you reach a particular weight or health outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by relying on nutrition values, targets, or insights. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid for Neyvi Pro in the 12 months before the claim and ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
When we make a material change, we update the version and effective date and ask you to accept the new terms in the app before you continue. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any dispute informally. Otherwise, the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to bring a claim where you live.
